Chapter 1: Acceptance of These Terms and Changes to These Terms
Article 1.1 (Scope of Application of Terms)
The Terms of Use for MUGA INVESTS (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) apply to the use of “MUGA INVESTS” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), an information media service for stock investors provided by Anitoya LLC (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). The Service includes web services and app services, collectively referred to as “the Service” unless otherwise specified. Users of the Service are referred to as “Users.”
Article 1.2 (Acceptance and Application of These Terms)
These Terms aim to establish the conditions for the use of the Service between Users and the Company and apply to all relationships related to the use of the Service between Users and the Company. Users agree to these Terms and shall use the Service in accordance with the provisions of these Terms. By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

If a User is a minor, they must use the Service only after obtaining comprehensive consent from a legal guardian or other statutory representative. In cases where a User is a minor, the Company may contact the User or their legal guardian to confirm the presence of such consent.

The revised Terms become effective when they are posted on the Service. If Users continue to use the Service after the changes, it is considered that they have agreed to the changes. Users who do not agree to the changes should discontinue using the Service. The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by Users due to revisions or changes to these Terms.

The Company will notify Users of necessary information by posting on the Service or sending emails. Notices become effective upon posting or sending.

Generally, applications by agents are not permitted. The Company may refuse registration if the applicant meets any of the following conditions:

- The applicant has previously had their registration to the Service canceled.
- A minor has not obtained consent from a legal guardian.

- The Company otherwise deems the registration inappropriate.

Article 3.1 (Responsibility for Posts)
The Company does not guarantee the reliability, truthfulness, accuracy, validity, legality, completeness, quality, credibility, timeliness, usefulness, non-infringement of third-party rights, or any other nature of the content of posts. Additionally, the Company is not obligated to actively monitor whether posts comply with these Terms.
Article 3.2 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
- Acts that infringe upon the rights of others.
- Spreading false information that constitutes a crime of slander, business obstruction, or similar offenses.
- Acts that constitute fraud or market manipulation (such as fake or sham trading).
- Encouraging insider trading by using non-public information.
- Inducing investment or providing investment advice within the Service.
- Any acts that promote or violate the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act or other laws and regulations.
- Acts that are against public order and morals.
- Acts containing obscene, pornographic, or sexual content.
- Soliciting for multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.
- Any other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company.
If the Company determines that a User is engaging in prohibited acts or is likely to do so, the Company may take measures to prevent the transmission of the User’s posts, chats, comments, direct messages, etc., without the User’s permission (such as deletion or hiding). The Company may also prohibit the User from further using the Service. The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by the User due to such measures, and the User agrees to this.
Article 3.3 (Principle of Self-Responsibility in Transactions)
Transactions between Users are conducted at the Users’ own responsibility, and the Company is not involved. In case of disputes, Users shall resolve them among themselves.
Chapter 4: Terms Related to Chats, Comments, and Direct Messages
Article 4.1 (Use of Chats, etc.)
When using chats, comments, direct messages, etc., Users must comply with these Terms.
Article 4.2 (Responsibility for Chats, etc.)
The Company does not guarantee the reliability, truthfulness, accuracy, validity, legality, completeness, quality, credibility, timeliness, usefulness, non-infringement of third-party rights, or any other nature of the content of chats, comments, direct messages, etc. Additionally, the Company is not obligated to actively monitor whether posts comply with these Terms.
Article 4.3 (Prohibited Acts)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using chats, comments, direct messages, etc.:
- Acts that infringe upon the rights of others.

If the Company determines that a User is engaging in prohibited acts or is likely to do so, the Company may take measures to prevent the transmission of the User’s posts, chats, comments, direct messages, etc., without the User’s permission (such as deletion or hiding). The Company may also prohibit the User from further using the Service. Furthermore, if prohibited acts occur, the Company may promptly report to investigative authorities and relevant government agencies without the User’s permission and fully cooperate with investigations. The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by the User due to such measures, and the User agrees to this.
Chapter 5: Withdrawal of Users
Article 5.1 (Withdrawal Procedures)
Users may withdraw from the Service at any time by following the procedures prescribed by the Company. Upon withdrawal, Users lose all rights related to the use of the Service, and fees for unused paid services are non-refundable.
Article 5.2 (Handling of Information After Withdrawal)
The Company will appropriately handle the personal information of withdrawn Users in accordance with laws and regulations. However, the Company may retain Users’ information as necessary even after withdrawal.
Chapter 6: Disclaimer
- When using the Service, Users agree to the following disclaimers.
- The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Service. The Company is not liable for the content that Users post, chat, comment, direct message, etc., within the Service.
- The Company may change, suspend, or terminate the operation of the Service without notice. The Company is not responsible for any damages incurred by Users due to such changes.
- The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including data loss, communication failures, or other technical issues.
- The Company is not liable for any damages or losses Users incur from using the Service, including results that do not meet Users’ expectations.
- The Company does not guarantee the reliability, truthfulness, accuracy, validity, legality, completeness, quality, credibility, timeliness, usefulness, non-infringement of third-party rights, or any other nature of the information obtained through the Service. Users use the information at their own responsibility.
- The Company is not responsible for any damages or losses Users suffer due to changes in terms, suspension, or termination of services.
- The Company is not responsible for the timing of post displays, deletions, misdelivery, or whether content is saved or backed up. Users are responsible for managing their own data.
- If the Company is liable for damages to Users, such liability is limited to direct and typical damages, and capped at the total amount of paid option fees actually received from the User within one month prior to the damage occurrence.
- The Company does not guarantee the operation of Users’ devices or software and is not responsible for any damages arising from them.
- Connection costs incurred when using the Service are managed by Users at their own responsibility, and the Company does not provide any warranties.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Service does not violate applicable laws or internal regulations of industry organizations. The Company does not guarantee such compliance.
- The Company is not responsible if Users cause damage to other Users or third parties through the use of the Service.
- The Company is not responsible for any websites linked from the Service or links to the Service from other websites, nor for the information on those websites.
- The Company does not guarantee the reliability, truthfulness, accuracy, validity, legality, completeness, quality, credibility, timeliness, usefulness, non-infringement of third-party rights, or any other nature of the content Users post, chat, comment, or direct message. Additionally, the Company is not responsible for any damages arising from contacting, accessing, or meeting through information obtained from the Service, such as email addresses, phone numbers, website URLs, or links to other websites.
- The content of this website is intended for informational purposes and does not constitute investment advice or solicit investment actions. Final decisions regarding investments, such as selecting stocks or determining sale prices, are the sole responsibility of the Users, and the Company bears no responsibility. The content may change without notice, and the Company is not responsible for such changes.
- If a User incurs losses based on investment decisions made from comments or other information obtained from other Users on this website, the Company is not responsible and the User shall handle such losses at their own responsibility and expense.
- The Company is not responsible for any losses incurred due to Users’ own investment decisions, and Users agree to this.

Users must independently assess the content posted or published by other Users regarding its content, reliability, truthfulness, accuracy, validity, legality, completeness, quality, credibility, timeliness, usefulness, non-infringement of third-party rights, or any other nature. The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from Users or third parties using the Company’s content, except in cases of intentional or negligent acts by the Company.
Article 8.5 (Backup)
The Company has no obligation to back up content. Users must back up their content at their own expense and responsibility if necessary.
Article 8.6 (Modification and Deletion of Content)
If the Company determines that a User has violated these Terms or engaged in inappropriate behavior in light of the spirit of these Terms, the Company may change or delete any content posted by that User without prior notice.
Chapter 9: Compensation for Damages
Article 9.1 (Claims for Compensation)
If a User violates these Terms, that User shall be liable for all damages, including compensation for Users and third parties who suffer damages due to the violation. Furthermore, if a User causes damage to the Company through the improper or illegal use of the Service, that User and other related parties shall jointly and severally compensate for the damage (including attorney fees).
Article 9.2 (Company’s Disclaimer)
The Company is not liable for damages related to the suspension, termination, or alteration of the provision of the Service, cancellation of User registrations, deletion or loss of content, loss of data, equipment failure, or other damages related to the Service, except where caused by the Company’s intentional or negligent acts.
Article 9.3 (Scope of Company’s Liability)
Even if the Company is liable for damages to a User, the Company’s liability is limited to direct and typical damages and is capped at the total amount of paid option fees actually received from the User within one month prior to the occurrence of the damage.
Chapter 10: Miscellaneous
Article 10.1 (Response to Anti-Social Forces)
The Company and the Service declare and guarantee that they have no relations with anti-social forces. Users must not engage in any of the following acts against the Company, the Service, other Users, or third parties:
- Threatening, violent, or demands that exceed legal responsibilities.
- Spreading rumors, using fraud, or using force to defame or obstruct business.
- Providing false information or distorting facts.
- Unauthorized access or hacking into systems.
- Demanding money through fraudulent methods.
- Applying indirect pressure by using third parties.
- Engaging in the trade of illegal drugs or weapons.
- Involving in money laundering or fund washing.
- Massive complaints or inquiries with the intent of disrupting the operation of our company and this service
- Any other acts similar to the above.
If it is found that a User is violating these provisions, the Company may delete the User’s posts and suspend the User’s use of the Service. If a User’s use of the Service is suspended under the preceding paragraph, the User cannot claim any compensation or indemnification from the Company and shall compensate the Company for any damages incurred.
Article 10.2 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes related to these Terms and the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance, depending on the amount in dispute.
